  There's having fun (which IS indeed what the scene is about -apart from stinging other people's eyes out with "what-I-did-before-you-did", an ancient almost abandonded art) and there's cheap shots like these to appease to the general public. The mp3 compo was spared a rather lame winner.
  
  Oh, and Hoek...that screenshot is a wireframe metaball whatnot thing. That makes your uber-demo at least partly shit according to your own little rant.

• The soundtrack is awesome, and actually quite wasted on this demo. It's yet another 3d show with pretty clipart from the Visualice librairy.
  
  Don't get me wrong, I think Visualice has a pretty nifty style, but it's still the same old horse: organic object, enivroment map, odd background, repeat ad nauseum. Blergh.
  
  Like memon said, it wouldn't hurt if he severely altered his techniques and combined his pictures and 3d work.
  
  Side note: at first glance it would seem that a LOT of the stuff in the data dir is unused. I would call that sloppy.

• The intro is not very interesting, but such design (namely noise) is my kind of boatride. It sure beats yet another Visualice 3d show.
  
  Expectancy: View it once, then delete it. See it during a demoshow in the middle of the night while being shitfaced drunk later in life.

  nice to know chipmusic isn't dead yet, but this is not what I'd call worth all the bravado it's been swimming in. okay-ish tunes, some "it's nearly winamp" interface and a lot of people like it, I guess.
