- demo Commodore 64 Dutch Breeze by Blackmail
- Dutch Breeze. STYLE. C64 STYLE! rocks ofcourse, but we all know that. even though i can't say it's my absolute favorite on c64 (i think Cosmos+BML coop demo was as funny and some more too), it is a most well known classic and it deserves it. music is fucking great, graphics are cool too and the effects... smooooooth!

- demo ZX Spectrum Echologia by Busysoft
- this is a classic piece. it won Demobit'95 held in Slovakia, the first (?) speccy demoparty. it is made by Busy (code) and Noro (music) with some gfx bits by both of them.
the music by Noro is very special, he has a very interesting style, somekind of very "synthy" music, almost not using white noise.. and making very astral melodies. it also reflects mood of the demo, it is quite spacey even if effects are nothing like this. besides some classic oldskool parts, it features rotazoomer for the first time on speccy (though in 8x8 chunks). highlight is a vector part - fast and with some quite complex objects. - isokadded on the 2001-05-11 23:58:27
- demo Commodore 64 Extremes by Byterapers [web]
- just like this... great music, nice blocky effects. not much to say, but worth to get and run - definitely!

- demo Linux MS-Dos Windows 303 by Acme
- i can rather agree with the last poster than anyone else... this demo contain some really amazing effects but the shitty music ruins it all... especially this singing - well, maybe there is a true scene spirit and stuff and it's damn cool but for me it sounds like a cheesy pop track and it absolutely doesnt fit the rest of the demo. just because someone sings and even have some skill doing it doesnt mean it rocks. the lyrics seems to be stupid for me as well. sorry guys. this demo have nothing to do with 303 and just makes me laugh how "hard" it is ;D

- demo Commodore 64 Unsound Minds - Follow the Sign III by Byterapers [web]
- despite so called big pixels this demo is a masterpiece. music from AMJ kicks! and Mr Sex did some really great effects... the blue whirpool is really cool with the follow the sign text over it and bump is great as well and ofcourse there's more cool stuff. i dont like voxels though - i've seen much better of these on c64!

- demo ZX Spectrum tryptomine dream by Brainwave
- when i first seen this at the party it was released at, it blew me away... maybe just because i was totally tired by all these slow blocky effects seen in other demos lately. well, now looking at it i can say it's nothing really special, but still nice and color 4x4 effects are definitely nicer than 4x4 black and white effects.. but thats about it, it's still not hires. the music is also a nice change from an usual "techno" style in russian demos. nice work! and deserves 1st place at Chaos Constructions...
remark: demo was released in august not april. Canonball sucks making so many mistakes, and some even really serious like messing up authors of demo. - isokadded on the 2001-05-11 23:22:43
- demo MS-Dos Zilog by Sunflower [web]

- 64k MS-Dos MS-Dos/gus tungsram by Haujobb
- tungsram has been hit for me lately :D
maybe nothing special, maybe.. but somehow i started to like it when i was watching it for the second time. its so fucking optimistic... the "small" change of music towards the middle of demo turns everything upside down. and the end scene is so effective when you remember how did it look like in the beginning... see yourself, great stuff!! - isokadded on the 2001-05-11 21:51:10
- demo MS-Dos oldskool trippin by Haujobb
- 486 is all you need! and it's really enough to watch some cool demos, including this one, done by Haujobb in 2000. dark and atmospheric soundtrack by Xhale if i recall right might seem odd for an "oldskool" demo, but well the effect show is linked to the sound really well and all in all you even dont notice you are watching this on 486...

- demo MS-Dos true evil witch by Haujobb
- story-demo! the movement of heroes in this awesome fairy-tale is what i am freakin about most of all! such a great stuff... and music is perfect too plus a great dose of humour. if you wanna something fresh, go, get and see it! i can just regret it wasn't made on OCS amiga again ;)
