Your favourite player for tracked music?

Speaking of. Does anyone know how to play the obscure sound format from the amiga version of guldkornexpressen?
If a player isn't listed on Exotica, chances are it doesn't exist.
It's listed, but no player or info in the archive. Still maybe worth giving it a run through eagleplayer/deliplayer using all the format plugins you can find just incase.

They did. Several times. Check page 1
(I also use XMPlay)
cluelessness galore, once again
Mainly XMPlay, sometimes Modplug (when XMPlay bugs).
willbe: no way to xmplay replay something buggy, if you hear something as a bug, this is just the difference beetwen modplug(!) bug and correct replaying routine of xmplay :P i`m sure you were about impulse tracker modules... read this:

I heard XMPlay bugging with some IT chiptunes. I don't claim that modplug player is technically better, far from this, but I sometimes got more fidelity with MPP's handling of enveloppes over microscopic wave signals.
Again, it's a matter of perception.
And both programs are very good anyway.

Tomaes: Check out Adplug for Winamp. I was just checking out my collection of oddball music formats and it plays Adlib music just fine.
Of course, the only Adlib music I have is from the chiptune.com collection. Adplug can handle s3m (or at least all six of them in that package), d00 (Vibrants), hsc, Reality Adlib Tracker, whatever the heck LucasArts used, and probably tons more that the chiptune music pack didn't give me. It is missing support for one of thsoe formats...
I mostly use Winamp with the Oldsk00l Mod plugin (which hasn't been updated since 2000, but it works).
It can handle Future Composer 3 and 4, Brian Postma's Soundmon V2, all manner of MOD formats (Soundtracker/Ultimate Soundtracker/Protracker/Noisetracker/Startrekker/Fasttracker I), David Whittaker (for some reason it assumes all files have 4 subsongs), Music Line Editor (for some reason it assumes all files have 10 subsongs), Jochen Hippel (four-voices versions only, I think), Fred Monitor, Delta Music 2, SidMonitor 1, GlueMON, and probably more I just don't have samples of. Note that I don't know how WELL it plays back any files, but it at least plays them. I do have a copy of Sleepwalk in Ultimate Soundtracker format that only the Oldsk00l Mod plugin will play in tune, for what it's worth.
As for Winamp itself, I can vouch that the .it replay has improved a lot with the help of Peter Palowski (now doing Foobar2000); Winamp can handle .mod (though I use the above Oldsk00l Mod plugin) .xm, .it (versions 1 and 2), s3m (normal), stm (I don't have any stm files though), okt, mtm, 669 (I've only got Composer 669 files)...
In my experience, Deliplayer can handle every single format you throw at it, minus one song in the chiptune.com amiga soundpack with a .st extension. I'm wondering if it's a .ym or .sndh file...
By the way, if anyone has any .fc3 or .fc4 files, I'm trying to collect them...

crusader: I've tons of fc3 / fc4 mods. If you've got a ftp I can upload them. You can find some at amp and others at chiptune.com
