3 reasons I agree we should have one:

1. Fucktros rule. Crap fucktros are like crap demos, you thumb them down and don't watch 'em again. Brilliant fucktros become legendary.
2. Plek said no. Anything Plek is against obviously needs to be done. A lot. Just need Shane to say he hates it and it'll be the best idea EVER in my book.
3. The fucktro is as much a category of it's own as the diskmag and musicdisk are. Sure, they're both demos in a sense - they're done by demosceners, but they have a specific purpose. A fucktro has another purpose, pissing people off and/or giving props via reverse psychology.

And if you don't think that pissing people off is something we should be doing, lemme point out a few people here who seem to have it as their primary mode of operation. They might not be FOR the category, but they know damn well what the motivation is and the fun that can come out of it.

Also, no, I haven't seen any of the latest fucktros. I understand they're less than fantastic. Recent quality of fucktros does not diminish the fact that they are a valid subgenre of scene productions.

So I give this an enthusiastic 'not just yes but hell yes.'

I think there must be a fucktro category and an optional fucktro filter as well. So, some sceners like me would use this filter to see reasonable scene stuff only. Some speedfisters groopies type'o'sceners can disable the filter and see all the crap as they want.

how about a 'fuckings to' field that links to the group(s)/party/platform that's being sent fuckings to?

i think pouet should have content rating. i mean, there could be minors browsing this website. there should be rating for scenes with sex, violence, bad language and immoral things.

imagine someone trying to watch a demo at work and it would start flashing a screen with penises and words like "fuckings to lamer" and people getting hit by buses.

i dunno, maybe it's just me, but we should be careful.

i never really saw the problem with penises at work. at my last summerjob, we often did the helicopter trick to scare away customers who wouldn't leave even if it was after closing time.
