How do you get the vodka inside ?

You first drink it and then come in if they let you.

you tell me that you travel, drink THEN get in to leave your stuff ? or you hide it somewhere beforehand

Vodka is pretty cheap in Finland these days. Let's all go to Alko and stock up after our computers are in place.

We will come by car so "hiding" alcohol is not a problem.

Getting there at 22:00 Thursday, hope to make it this time. (Twice before I missed the plane and had to sleep in airports waiting for the next flight :-P )

instead of hiding vodka yourself, you should give it to the official boozembly organisers who will take care of the hiding for you.

And what could possibly be a better hiding place for vodka than bzm organizers' blood-vascular system?

btw, for those of you arriving before the party (say 27th or something like that), there is the usual preparty to attend to (normally consisting of demosceners meeting up somewhere and getting drunk, then going to a bar and getting even more drunk), so be sure not to miss that either

manjit, careful with hiding booze in the car if you park in the arena carpark, there's a regular game of cat and mouse with the security to get it out of there without getting it confiscated.

last year the understanding we reached with them was - if you go into your car with a rucksack and close the door, fill it up with booze, close the rucksack and carry it out, it's ok. if they see you putting it in the bag, they'll take it. if they can see into the bag, they'll take it.
