Today I found this EP in the signature of a forum user: pc-love-letter.
According to the creator, it's "vaporwave, but without sampling any existing music".
ended up listening to the whole thing (fav: "Cipher").

Matthew Halsall - Sending My Love and Colour Yes are absolutely amazing. In fact, all of his / their albums are.

Mid of May (22nd) he's playing live at Hamburg's Mojo club (and on the 9th of March at the Tivoli in Vredenburg / .nl). That'll be a real treat.
