This and this are pretty much just tech demos originally posted on youtube, with the prods added here having made up names and download-links that are either fake or pointing to something else than the demos.

britelite: seems something fishy is going on with those prods indeed. unfortunately i'm too busy this weekend to properly investigate so this'll have to wait until early next week (unless another gloperator figures it out before that time).

just had a look. the one goes to a 401mb .adf and the other one with the dead dl link has a link on the yt video to a 1.6mb file so any varifying if that one is legit would be good. i'd just delete it since it looks like they don't have a scene connection anyway.

@havoc is there a chance to activate some Atari 7800 prods uploaded by me?

i guess by activate you mean to add 7800 as a platform? like i said on december 15 in that other thread in response to your question, we want to see a bunch more proper demos for 7800 before we add it as a platform. i don't think those demos have been released since then ;)

i deleted 2 of the 3 acorn things since indeed fake dl links, yt videos deactivated and overall a mess.

even though if it was not fake the dl link was pointing to a file that simply did not exist on the given url nor was it listed in the prod section of the given site. so adding a prod lacking basic requirements does not make that much sense since it happened 3 times in a row.

blast: i'm not quite sure what your are asking me to do. yes there are no 7800 prods on the first page in the Wild category prodlist right now. but what you see there is just the most recent additions sorted by date. if you'd like to see a "separate area" for 7800 prods why not make a list? that'll help arguing the case for a platform icon as well, and more so the bigger the list gets :)

There is a problem with this party: it should be named "Borderline Compo" (or even just "Borderline"), without a year in the party series name.

There is a problem with this prod: The adf in the zip download is a completely different prod.

maybe krabob can tell you why he decided to spread the demo in that form, with indeed a misleading adf in the package

@havoc, I quickly created a working adf today because a friend requested me to do so. Wanted to add the link to it today, but it got rejected. If you want I can resubmit - just an offer (some people prefer adf over files), otherwise no problem, just let me know.

that rejection was because the image was hosted on googledrive. if that same adf image would have been on a reliable host (amigascne.org seems to make the most sense here) we would gladly accept it.
