Being edgy teen and using controversial representation isn't really political. It's just lame and that's what most 14 year old kids are.

Now moving to the States and becoming a republican - that's much worse. And staying with the party in times like these is a much bigger sign of being a nazi than using some lame Hitler sprite when you're 14.

Brushing it away as "who care, focus on the now" is kinda lame because diving into the history of the scene and how things may or may not connect is fascinating.
