Located at approximately 20 mins walking distance from Darmstadt main station, there are plenty of food (ordering) options around the party place.
No Fontanella Restaurant, but we will go back to the Pizza foodwave system.
As already mentioned there will be a sleeping area adjacent to the party hall, also we have a hotel in close proximity
We will keep you updated as soon as there is new info.
We have a Hotel for you direct next to the Party location.
where rooms are free for you, with Password.
"Hotel Darmstadt". Password "UNC" ( It's not secret, its to identify you as scener)

The area for parking is large enough because there is a parking garage directly on the site.

The showers at this place are still under construction and look like they won't be finished until the party. sorry :(
but maybe the Hotel-Scener can exchange beer for the shower time.
We have a lot of bathrooms/toilets and we're trying to get another shower solution, but we can't promise that now.

as far as I know, there are plenty of parking lots on the other side of the road Hilpertstrasse for free, near the german custom office.
There was also a bus stop, from the central station, but I don't know if it's also going on weekend, as I just went there on working days.

According to their page the e-mail address should be "reservations@thehoteldarmstadt.com" (without the www.)
I just booked a room but not via the hotel website because it's only possible when you have a creditcard. 117eur for 2 nights with breakfast included is OK from my Dutch perspective though. \o/
