I don't think this is so important.
There are always people who like to do this kind of thing..searching sources.

AIXELENT isn't really doing too much sampling for his visuals. It's more like copying large segments wholesale, flipping them, then turning down the contrast. I didn't exactly count, but I would guess some of them went on for longer than the maximum fair use limit. However I will grant his SoundCloud profile lists "AACHEN, Germany" which means such a US law doesn't apply, but it likely also means the law is more strict on copying.

So why isn´t the famous youtube banhammer engaged here?

This is the reason why the visuals are flipped and edited with filters so the YT-video-algorythms can detect them.

I don't know what I'm watching but it's so painful to me that I'd just submit a takedown request purely on that basis.

Flashy: If you think a one second blurry shot of a wormhole is worth reporting and taking action over, then you're being a million times more petty and unreasonable than those record labels that took down the Revision DJ videos.

...but only because their algorithms don't work yet with one second snippets ;)
