What voodoo should I do to make these streams work? scenesat link says no video stream available, live page shows video controls that don't do nothing, direct rtmp links open in vlc ok, but without sound. Ein?

The streams are still super unreliable for me though.. Really hoping that they're stable at the time of the main compos.

Organizers should really consider the importance of having the wristband on the hand closest to the infodesk when you enter versus which hand 95% of world's population uses when they wipe their ass.... I'm thinking hygene should probably win over convenience in this one ;-)
