Perhaps similar to AG Drive?
Amiga version please :)
AG Drive has an awesome soundtrack (Ari Pulkkinen, Purple Motion, Little Bitchard, ...)
Distance is another good-looking and very fun racing game.
Oi.. Bartman, send greetings to Pink & FadeOne. Great games you´re doing nowadays!!!
already have it. It's very cool!
didn't know it was a scene release, so I like it more now^^
If you ever make an update one day, think about a babysonic-league :) . The subsonic league is already "too-much" for my son, so I can't play with him.
also: i've never liked mirror tracks. It's more annoying than anything. Does not add much. I prefer reverse tracks if possible (needs gameplay rework but it's more like a "new" track).
congrats. I feel like it will sell well.

bartman: picture or video of the leveleditor used would be interesting. which hmi did you use for it, imgui/qt/wxwidgets/own stuff? did you use a buildsystem for assets? based on something(waf, ...)?
Here's what the editor looks like:
Working on that editor since 2005, so it's C++ with MFC (and XtremeToolkitPro).
We have a custom simle-ish buildsystem for assets that calls our asset conversion tools (from Maya .mb, .tga, .png, .dds, .wav) on multiple cores.

Cool game :-)
I like the orange/blue phase boost, its nice.
I have Wipeout HD on my PS3, but actually prefer the gameplay/handling of FRN.
Definitely worth the £11.

BTW, disappointed not to see a hivelytracker icon in your taskbar ;-)
This looks indeed really, really nice. Great sense of speed and stylish visuals. What happened to wipeout?!
I think there's a bug with the online play, i was racing in Zvil Raceway, i was second at the end of the second lap end suddenly.. First, race win and no final lap for me. (in the previous lap i've used the shortcut on the left of the waterfall)

I'm a coder, not a musician ;)
Great game, speed is like hell, like F-Zero on amphetamin ;-) ...just a question about coding the wii u ...as far as I see it got an IBM Power architecture cpu...does Nintendo let you code that thing in inline assembly language, or is low level like that not open to 'public' ?
I haven't got a Wii U but Fast Racing Neo looks super impressive on the videos.
I bought FAST on the Wii though and it's a proper showcase of what the Wii could achieve but very few developers were willing to spend the time (or had the skills) to get to this level. Too bad the game is much too hard for me :P
Kudos Shin'en for keeping pushing the limits on Nintendo consoles, that's the true demoscene spirit :)

Any chance of a Mac/Linux port? With Oculus Rift support? Please?
That means a Mac PPC port would be 'easy' right?
...yeah yeah I know. :P

We're not using any assembly, but I guess we could if we wanted to...
Looks pretty awesome!
Gonna wish you as awesome sales!

Maybe it's my eyes, but on most of the screenshot I did not notice any "white artifact" on the vehicles, but actually in game it looks very different. I mean the aliasing on the edge.
Anyway, I enjoy the game, thanks for making it.

Idea for DLC: "Fast racing NEOLITHIC".
Race around an ancient world. Make the spaceships look like flying flintstones cars ;-)
