Felice: Noorbeek has more than decent facilities for tourists considering it's modest number of 1100 inhabitants- several restaurants (including vegetarian options), pubs, lodgings and a few small shops (bakery, butcher, gift shop) are at walking distance from the partyplace. There's no supermarket though, perhaps partly because more than half of the buildings are considered historic landmarks or part of the "state protected historic village monument" area that covers most of the western half of the village. There's a slightly-less-wide-than-a-semi-supermarket in Banholt (5km to the north), and a healthy choice of medium sized markets not unlike that C1000 in the surrounding villages on both sides of the border (Margraten, Eijsden, Vise, Gulpen- all ~15 minutes driving). For serious shopping (trips) you'd be best advised to make your pick from the 3 big cities within half an hour from the venue (Liege, Aachen and Maastricht).

Details about the food offerings at the party place are, as you suspected, being worked on and will be announced at a date closer to Ascension :)

There is also the rather large retail opportunity en-route, just five minutes from the Calais end of the Channel Tunnel, if we want to stock up a bit there :-)

BREAKING NEWS - Due to unforeseen problems at the previously announced location, we will be forced to (once again) relocate Outline 2015. However, the party WILL NOT BE CANCELLED!!! We have several replacement options, and evaluating our options so we can decide which new location is most suitable for our purposes will take a few days. Thanks for your patience and understanding and please stay tuned for updates.

Andy: As a general rule, we don't do airport shuttles (the party is too small to make it profitable). However, Dutch public transport is pretty good and we'll put a mobile phone number for pickups at the nearest public transport location on our site in the days leading up to the party. These things do unfortunately happen, but I guess the main message is to keep the faith, as we always have done over the years. Outline is definitely one of the highlights of the year in terms of demoparties being attended; so I hope all sceners who are interested will bear with Havoc and the organizers of this party. I for one am pretty sure that things will work out in the end, even if the dates change slightly as a result.

Glad to see the news of the new location. It is a 7 1/2 hour drive for us over from my place here in UK but you can be assured that myself, CiH and Gasman will still be making the trip. It will be a longer trip for us but what the hell - we love it ;)
