For zalgo, "overflow:hidden" on the <li>s seems to do the trick, at least in chrome.

Not really, session cookies are stored server-side, normal cookies aren't.

what is low res? why talk about resolutions anyway? the pouet layout(s) isn't (aren't) anywhere perfect. a good compromise is a base of 1024 or full flexible with it all. the pouet frontpage is flexible. this thread is raw 852 format. the frontpage of the bbs is 1280 capped. resolutions? ehh? XD

Not really, session cookies are stored server-side, normal cookies aren't.
But you don't store login data in normal cookies, because it's insecure - so you have to some sort of opaque random identifier in the client side cookie and the actual data it refers to on the server - you're reimplementing sessions.

It's not removed, Gargaj just tamed it :)

Suggestion: make that quote button permanently visible. Hovering is hard on a touchscreen :)
