I would like to thank to all helping hands during the party,
the great efforts from Viprinet to get internet access for all visitors,
to Epson who gave us the Beamer / Screen, the restauration team ( even when it was a bit chaotic ),
the dj´s and live acts who did a fantastic job during 3 days, all i forget to mention
and to the great visitors for attending and celebrating ....

For me its time to close a decade, i finally decided to stop my demoscene activities ...
If there gonna be a next MAIN or something, i will NOT be involved inside anything ...

I can´t and don´t want to support useless wars, flame discussions and insultments anymore,
life is too short to waste it with useless hate and anger !
If someone felt offended by the things i did with and for the scene in the last 20 years

... i can only official apologize ...

I didn´t comment all those discussions, because i knew, whatever i would have posted,
it would have only cause more anger, more trouble, more trolling ...

But dont think all this passed by without hurting / disappointing me big time,
as you see the consequence is also very hard for me, since i loved the scene, loved the
friends i made, but for me there is no other option !

If you wonder why the scene is dying,
think about how you behave and act with your "scene-mates"

And now some of you shall raise the glasses and celebrate their victory !
Also i hope you all think about how to behave and act in your subculture with others ...
( you also can stop now sending mails to my ex groupmates asking to take distance to me )

I hope i can transport the real friends from the demoscene i made over years into my real life !

for me this years party was my big chance to say bye bye to all my loyal friends and demoscene supporters

Hi h2o, I don't know you well but me & my CRTC crewmates came to Main this year and had a completely amazing time, so thank you very much for organizing that! We'd never have been to that beautiful part of the world if there hadn't been a party organised there (at least not all together). The small problems with the PA were unfortunate but understandable, for us.

I enjoyed the party so much I've got after-party depression now! All I can think of is the swirly pool and swimming before the compos! Thanks for making it so (and ordering us taxis too btw).

hum well, this is a sad news from my point of view, because even if i didn't know you from a long time (quickly seeing you at VIP2010/2012 MAIN 2010/2012) and was able to share a drink and a quick chat last WE, I don't like to ear that someone was "somehow forced" to quit something he like. BTW I'm not the appropriate person for judge it or anything like that. I only hope we can keep contact, and share a drink from time to time.
I respect you from being able to make things appen like allowing peoples from many places to meet and exchange.

To demoscene: i'm maybe not an active scener, or a skilled releaser, but i'm a big demoscene supporter and hate when things make me feel that scene is not different than all shity things we see trougth your everyday life. I hope that we share a creative bond between us, sometime motivate by challenges, but plz stop battle for computer things, children are dying from starving, peoples killed for just being in the wrong place.
What the point of all of this demoscene mess ?! Think a little about it and keep things in their contexts.
I don't wan't to start a troll or anything like a drama, just writing how i feel.

h20: Well, I'll always be thankful for the invite work you did on Sundown 2007. Maybe it's good to take a break and return refreshed. I can understand that (that's why I stopped Sundown for a year). Your motivation may return when true old friends reach out and bring you back in to make great productions for productions sake. Hopefully it's not the last of you!

I am sorry you have been injured by discussions and respect your organizing abilities, no matter what other conversations have gone on. You are an inspiration, from your tenacity in the face of losing locations and facing resistance from local government, to getting what sounds like a really primo final location.

Oh! The crime! It annihilates 10 years of demoscene contributions! Who cares if someone organizes a party? It's all void! He copied a couple of pixels! From someone! And he did not apologize! Oh my! Dear h20, as i can remember u spoke about leaving scene (or i heard rumors in the scene ) due to personal problems , >months< before the whole shitstorm broke out, when u ripped kenet off and ppl found out about my stuff clonestamped on old work of you.

which makes it all more bizarre u are using this as an 'excuse' to quit , scene is dying and what not. it makes your apology even more unbelievable.

basically, what PS said, u dont give us (kenet and me) closure, so we can forget this and move on, instead u play the victim.

However. i forgive u and hope u find peace in reallife. I never considdered u a bad guy or an enemy while we where together in Paradox, or Rebels. I'll be the bigger man instead of the retard that rants about his bubbles being stolen by a fellow scener.
