depends,if the word is spread in the natives who only speak Arabic (s big portion of Saudia population) then an Arabic equivalent will be used like Mobile = Jawal, ... etc but as for IT words usually end up as it, they would pronounce it in its native language with Arabic flavor.

as i mentioned there are different ways of pronunciation in Arabic depending on the accent, even with the word which is used in wiki there is only one result in Google which is wiki page (1st page from results).
