sorry for the long post again, I just talk to a pal here:
I'm a political activist for real, I was in the people organizing the "no sarkozy day" in 2009, and toulouse was the second town for it in number after paris, mainly because I produced it heavily (paying for 200 000 tracts , spending days ditribuying them with people from intersquat and motivating people in the street) there is no syndicate or party behind, same goes with the indignados in toulouse, linked with those in barcelona, I have link with some people that would be enough to justify a file for me (google that: "olivier théron, vélorution", seriously they put that guy in jail with no judgement for 2 years), I was involved heavily in the NSD toulouse, then I spend several days in general assembly with the indignés, organizing speaks in the streets, legal and nonviolent, to inform people, I work with ecologist movement and I sometimes worked with the CNR, and no, the police doesn't like that, they try to infiltrate some of the movements, know who is who, and after some reunions or manifestations it happened 2 times they followed me very closely in CRS uniform back to my home - yes they did it very visible, (in the metro exit, once they stood in front of me and one pushed me with shoulder with a hate look, all following me with their look, because they wanted me to speak politic in the metro which is forbidden by a law, but i know the trick. ) . I'm not harrassed by police, but i'm obviously on the list of people they keep an eye on. (From that point of view, the voxel story may be just something they did to accuse me because they think i'm dangerous because of my big mouth, except that they confounded the sceners ). The current government doesn't bear people like me because I'm a free electron. (like everyone in the indigné movement)
And the funny part is I write software for them, over subconstracts, so i'm a bit aware of how they watch everything on the internet to empeach social movements.
so of course, I know I have a file for sure; but bots matter more than real cops. Just because they take photos, id that in manifestation and link that with forums. when they try to understand what really the demoscene is they must be fucking frighten, not because of the ideas in the movement, but because of the way it works by itself, with only free electrons.

Dear FBI, I have nothing to do with some political movement whatsoever, I am a human, meant that troll the forums a bit, but I pay my bills like everyone else and I am an honest citizen who thinks that the alien does not exist, I would also like the United States of America (and especially the donuts and cheerleader). If you ever go through it, it'd be nice to have us test the gadget that erases people's memories as in men in black. Finally here it is, as you see there is no problem to do so. another issue that is starting to make me wary on this world is how easy people detach themselfs from having _any_ political views as soon as they smell trouble coming their way. most of you live in a democratic society. despite being a sick democracy ran by some often corrupt folks, it still grants you the right of free speech and free thinking. laws exist to control that. yeah life gets more complicated when you're being repressed for speaking your mind out loud, but you shouldnt be repressed about speaking your mind to begin with, so if there is something wrong in your society point it out and stand by it. it's your responsibility, others wont fix that for you, you have to stand for your beliefs. else we live in a dictatorship where nothing will ever get fixed.

A situation I never ran into with members of crimethink (usa) like the guys of the hardcore band Catharsis.
I remember a great discussion we had after a gig and the conclusion finally was: "if you want to go somewhere, do your life, with a job and a family, do it, we just try to open people's eyes but then it's because we can't get along with the society like it is now..."
