Made it back to Edinburgh, now processing the alcohol still in my system while @ work ;P Was just an awesome party, big big thanks to all for making it. Hope to be there when Evoke comes around already next year !

@gaspode upon further inspection (i have been doing this all day so far, *shake fist at youtube*) I did actually record the compo, so, after i've spliced it out of the chunk of video it's in, and rerendered it, it'll be up on the youtube channel as soon as possible :)

for the leakage of the results, that was basically my fuckup :(, i just would have preferred to be informed about the problem instead of leaking it. but well...

@steam: I've told an organizer about a similar leak (availability of list of upcoming entries via a publically accessible php script on admin.party or sth. the like, probably the same leak the result list leaked through), he even thanked me for informing about this, probably the message got lost somewhere. I got across this because someone typed the URL into my browser while I was afk.

ahem... so yea, i'm sorry for the anger i created. basically i just wanted to check the timetable on the party-website using the visitor wlan on late sunday morning, but got a directory listing instead with that interesting view.php i clicked - which gave me the results xml. i guess you resolved *.party to your webserver's ip (which only showed the party-website for host www.party and not evoke.party or whatever i tried to reach), while that php script generated various info for your beamslide-system, and i just happened to have had a really bad timing. i did not abuse the organet or anything else to get those infos. lets say it just fell right into my hands. :/
that the results ended up on pouet instead of telling you organizers in the first place... well, what should i say, that wasn't very mature. I hope the leak did not leave a negative impact on everybody's overall party experience. probably won't happen again ;)
i still think the party was pretty awesome and you organizers did a great job anyway. we all might have learned some valuable lessons here... *cough*
