In the old days i guess technical achievement and best effect would have been similar, but I think these days it's good to have them separate, since best effect is actually an elegant mix of BOTH technical and visual skills

I'd say move to southern Europe if you want a nomination. Check Spain , Greece and France (aka PIIGS) this year ! :-)

Yeah, bouncing is a known issue. But don't worry, all bounced emails are read (i.e. filtered by the Nordic conspiracy :).
