The #outline internal IRC channel at the party (irc.party) will be peered with Espernet \o/ (for outside: irc.esper.net). The small size of Espernet means it is possible to link the network over shitty GPRS with one steady compressed link. So like last year*, we will have a means to IRC even when the connection is shit, too shit for every-man-and-his-dog's SSH tunnels :P

The IRCnet channel is bot-bridged to the Espernet channel (much like last year) but at least now more channels are native for the trackers out there :) (#renoise, #milkytracker, #modulez, #modarchive, #botb, #mod_shrine, #chipmusic, #nectarine etc...) but I'd encourage folks outside of the party to use #outline on Espernet.

How was it regarding transport to/from Dusseldorf?

And wasnt there someone who needed to get to Dusseldorf in the early morning on Sunday?
Looking at a flight that takes of at 08:30 sunday morning.
Any idea of if it is realistic to be able to get to Dusseldorf at 07:30 (or earlier)

Or alternativly, being at Schipol at 06:35 (flight leaves 07:35)

1- which dusseldorf airport? melwyn mailed he would be travelling through dusseldorf-niederrhein some time ago (so not dusseldorf international)
2- getting to either dusseldorf airport 07.30 on sunday is not possible by public transport
3- amsterdam and eindhoven are kindof doable at that time, but ofcourse later is to be preferred

Any unforeseen circumstances aside, I will provide DJ gear. 2 SL's with standard Stanton AL needles (feel free to bring your own needles/complete toneheads if you plan on torturing them) and an Ecler HAK-320 battle mixer. Rules are: cigarettes go in an ashtray whilst mixing, and drinks are placed at a sufficient distance from the stuff. I'm not that anal about it but I'm not keen on having to fix anything when it arrives back home :) And we all know how easy it is to spill a drink into a pitchfader (or well at least I did once, so..) :)
