I like the fact that it was the best pc-demo at breakpoint this year.

i like the fact that it is, technically, the most advanced demo so far.
also the dancing discoball-guy and the backlit morphing metaballs stuff ruled -> so it deserved to win!!!!111

(the dolphins with guns and the buddhas also were great in this one!)

The only thing I could possibly compliment winnerdemo on would be the C64 model. Everything else was either childish, obnoxious, offensive or a combination of the three. I don't think it deserved to win BP, but then again I wasn't there to vote, nor does the fact that it won mean I have to watch it more than once.

To hear this from you ps is very strange. It seems, you forgot all about your demo. It is a nice one, but being drunken and don't wait for s.th. entertaining or for good fx/gfx/zik is very recommend.

I think, more than the half of all demos listed at pouet isn't that entertaining Winnerdemo is. Even good techdemos can be boring, if they don't entertain.

Ok, now to the topic:
I liked the catchy music and vocals (for english translation see the translation which comes with the demo), I liked the idea of "We have computers which can beat your computers." (demoscene explained in one sentence), I liked the "we bring c64-effects nice on pc" thingy, I liked the title, I liked the jokes about the people behind this demo, I liked it because it was _ENTERTAINING_, ...

I was one of the breakpoint organizers and therefore wasn't allowed to vote (old m&s-rule i didn't noticed before). I'd like to vote for it because I liked the idea of participating in every compo for the 10th anniversary, because I didn't saw other more entertaining demos in that compo, because ...

Many many more reasons and I still like the demo. And I like Metalvotze even my dick is less than 1 metre.

And I like this demo because it is let's ppl discuss about it in binary. There are only ppl who really like it and ppl who really dislike it.

Hey, i like that it's funny and it stirs up those asses which keep glued to their chairs (including mine) to actually stretch out and do something of high quality. Otherwise, BP prods were just bland. :/

Spin: "technically advanced"??? you apparently have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. The C64 model is still too slow despite the low polycount, image compression is worthless (slow and inefficient), and everything else is technically *the bottom*. :/

@eye/midiclub: Still we got the longer dicks :-) And also: Do a better demo and it won't happen again that we grab the first place. As long as you don't we just continue spoiling all compos, hahaha. It is just senseless to discuss if it was technically bad, as long as you don't do a better piece of work for comparison :-) As long as it is just lots of words, but no deeds i see, it is really easy to handle that poor kind of critisism :-)
So long, gotta go, buy lot of new things of my pricemoney...Pahahaha
