Life

You probably mean:
- life forms
"Life" itself is an abstraction which cannot die as it does not live, unless you define things to exist only as long as there is something which is able to perceive them. That would mean that life would die with the last life form which is able to understand the concept of "life", even though life as we define it might still exist.

Funny, how simple things can be made so complicated, and they could be made even more complicated when trying to define "life" or "time" :)
