as far as i know the technique in the numbering of the fr prods works like they pick a number which hasn't been used yet when they START doing the project, so that's the reason why e.g. dopplerdefekt was released before the.popular.demo.
dunno whether they do any "deallocation" on the numbers tho :)

it's probably still in the 'maybe we'lll finish it one day' folder. Or maybe it's some kind of super-demo, which takes years to complete. If it's the latter, we'll probably see a half-finished version at a small party that's short on prods some time :)

fr-023 has been in work for a long time, but shortly before evoke 2oo3 where it was supposed to be released some representatives of the american government contacted us and made it very clear that it was probably a better idea to keep it to ourselves.

i can say that much, but not more.

I would love to see 021. Please finish it :)

the plain and boring fact is that fr-023 was skipped for no particularly good reason. other than to confuse people.
