Band seeks Amiga-style pixel artist
category: general [glöplog]
Dear Pouet,
I'm designing a Web site for a band that wants to recreate the look of circa-1988 Amiga/Atari ST/VGA graphics...the feel we're going for is Cinemaware's "It Came From The Desert," Origin's "Wing Commander II," LucasArts's "Monkey Island," or the old Interplay Star Trek games...with perhaps a touch of Accolade's "Psi Five Trading Company" for the C-64.
If you have some experience doing great pixel art, drop me a line at john@gorenfeld.net. We can offer a modest amount of money.

johngoren: you might be better off heading over to www.bitfellas.org where your post won't get drowned in a sea of shit.
The demoscene is so productive these days. Probably better to ask the masters directly:

The White Sprites
The Shite Bytes, surely?
Haven't heard of that demos before. Are they all from 1988?
