What's great in that compo is that for the 3rd time in a row the same groups are qualified -or almost-. That's for sure great from intel, but as i told it already last year, that compo is way too elite for any -average- coder to dare to compete. Which ends everytime with the same groups getting at a good place and so on. Whatever. It for sure should be a compo which should motivate groups which never competed so far, and i guess that's what it has been done at the very beginning, but i don't see any coming up. What i just feel about that intel compo, every year, is frustration, and frustration only.

Yeah, sorry, i noticed quite a bunch of mistakes in what i wrote, but didnt bother correcting all of them.

Irokos : something tells me that this year people might rather focus on the nvision thing, leaving the Intel competition to other groups ;)

Which means Titan could compete, yumee! ;) NOT.

B = When we find out (5th of may)
C = Deadline for sending your NEW demo (30th of june)
D = Voting Deadline (1st of august)
E = award ceremony / Evoke (8th of august)

irokos: nobody holds you from doing a prod that will open doors to every compo, elite or not. If you think that you can't, then this is surely not a compo for you. We didn't apply. The problem with Intel is that the date is too close from BP. It would be great when it was organized somewhere in November/December so there would be a good balance across the whole year. Currently we've got a massive Summer party marathon beginning with BP and ending with Function.

bonzaj: does that mean you're coming to Function? ;)
