As I remember I liked very much a specific tune of Unreal the demo, in the first part with the scroller behind the blue music bars, was the song called White Tiger or something?
Also, the music in the 3d part of Cronologia by Cascada stuck in my mind for a long.

Black Queen by Dreamer has a special place in my heart for the pure, unadulterated madness in the pattern view. I happen to enjoy hplus.xm by dune for the same reason -it tumbles like a sack of oranges down a stairway :)
