i dreaded november 1993.
Personally, I think April 1994 was worse.
i think it was fall 1997 or 1998 ...
if we all work together on this we can make march 2007 into the worst month in the history of the demoscene!

i just watched to february 2005 demoz : it's amazing, there is nothing, nothing, yes, 1 or 2 things are "average good", but all the rest is pure shit :)) for the moment, that is my worst month of demoscene !

hahah rez, more or less right, atari st and amiga ECS died almost instantly at that day ;))
for me the real dip was: some month in 1996 (i think late summer) when atari deciced to ditch active support for their 16/32 bit machines.. big trauma to me still.. also 2002 was a lousy year for the atari scene.

Tigrou: Had to check myself, February 2006 was Jumalauta month when they added all sorts of "quality" productions to the pouët database.
I don't know which one was the worst but February 2006 was indeed the best
