Pouet should cooperate with youtube. You could store videocaptures of all demos on youtube. Instead of the screenshot for every prod, there would be a video window so all demos can be watched without downloading.
that would be like listening to music through a bad mobile phone connection in a subway with screaming kids and a blabbering tramp explaining you his life story.
And who would capture ALL prods on pouet?

however, some prods already have a [youtube] url for a video and i think that -when it's possible- should just be available.. tho replacing the screenshot with a video is a no-no.
The 64 kb size rule and an obligatory multi megabyte video makes so much sense :)
someone should capture all the best demos of the last 20 years and encode them in high quality. they could even press a DVD full of them, I'd probably buy that.
