possibly, if it can be considered "hate speech" or such. i don't know hungarian or much about hungarian laws, but to me it is perfectly reasonable that someone should "rot in jail" if he encourages the extermination of a race.

don't get me wrong - i'd support a "free tomcat" campaign any time, because i think he's a nice guy and because i think that any self-respectable scene should have at least one decent controversial member, just to keep things interesting. really, bp would be quite different without a short-shaved armypants-wearing angry-looking potato peeling t-shirt salesman, wouldn't it?

i dont know his blog...i dont care anyway.
i know many ppl in this scene who play around in several other subcultural scenes and pretend they have a political meaning - but when i meet them at the partyplace then they are just sceners.

WTF? Woah; crazy times. I can't believe the law's total lack of respect for Athina (i guess we are kinda sheltered here). Chilling out watching demos with the t-shirt guys @ ASM and hearing Tomcat proclaim "oh, this is my favorite demo ever!" at every second prod that screened on DSTV was one of my funniest scene moments ever - so much passion. So much knowledge.

I'll remember this day.

Well, he is not exactly free, just out of the prison (or whatever, i don't know where exactly he was held). He is under supervision at home (i can't find the english word for it, "házi őrizet")
