luckily i havent seen that one before. only excuse for the lameness would be the somewhat leet colorscheme.
Rarefluid, once a logo is voted, it's voted, period. Don't tell me there is a statistic calcul made so that logos voted 10 voices more as ruling are displayed more than one which didnt get those extra 10 voices.
irokos: It's either because of a bad random number generator - or more likely; you're annoyed of that logo, so you pay more notice to it when it appears :)

Personally, I'm noticing a lot more nice logos recently that I hadn't seen before. Seems either more talented people are submitting logos, or the selection process has improved to make more of them visible.
