Combined musicdisk and demo, select mode with LMB at launch.
Tested on A500 0.5+fast, A600 with/without fast, A1200-060. No guarantee
in emulators. It is mandatory to read every single scrolltext. NO EXCEP-
TIONS :) The demo multitasks AND takes over the hardware. So boot cleanly.
Latest 680x0-compatible player source included, added tools for syncing
with tempo and instruments and volume fade, which is basically the only
reason for the demo mode. :)
Note: I wasn't man enough to find the intmask to make it load from floppy
on kick 1.3, doesn't mean it will make trouble for your demo or the new
playcommand (included). Works fine if you "HD Install" (copy the files).
