Hi! In general, I just put the work together and am not the author. But I agree, the situation with the picture turned out to be extremely unpleasant. As far as I know, the authors were let down by the artist without making the ordered graphics, and Hazard's work was used as a working prototype, just for debugging. After all, she is beautiful ;)
So she got into the release, without attribution.
On the other hand, the picture got a second life in a different context.
