Not seen it, but I'm guessing it's grabbing textures from the windows solitaire game. If so, I bet the game has changed for vista so it wouldn't work.

You can get nicer looking textures by downloading cards.zip (or the installable version) at http://www.ammaxamma.com/. Just put the cards.dll into the same directory as the 4k and you´ll get higher resolution textures. Might even work with vista (can´t test it).
