I won't thumb it down. But seriously, this time, that cracktro sucks. Sorry to say that, but what the hell is up with you guys, you did better! That logo sucks. The music is okay'ish and the code could have been way better. Electric druggies, wake up broz :(

I think the logo is ok and it's nice to have xmas music in an intro that isn't Jingle Bells!

....but it's just a cracktro. They're rarely worth thumbs ever in my opinion.

Well first of all christmas stuff is allready bad, but now to release this intro is the worse ... Really ...

Really not finished logo meets unfinished chip tune + super basic code ( OH YES I HATE LOGO, SINE, STARFIELD INTROS )

Sorry guys, then continue better porting the nice amiga cracktros instead producing that.

My recommendation is to advance in code and design and really search for a talented sounder ...

don't want to start off an oldskool-discussion (as it can be found here quite often since a few months)

but I really like oldskool-ish stuff.
And I do like starfields
And I do like sine scrollers
And I do like logos
... that's my personal opinion - and that's pouet

Logo isn't too good but it's not completely hopeless imo, music feels unfinished and the code is nothing to brag about i guess. You can do better.

Cracktro? Craptro more like...

Something will always puzzle me with modern cracktros and cracktros zealots.

You guys spend your time imitating amiga cracktros (well, it's more like you try to but you totally fail) and with 1 or 2 GHz machines you still manage to make stuff 10 times uglier and crappier than what we had on the original machines 15 years ago. I just don't get it.

Thanks to cracktro zealots, the word oldskool is unfortunately becoming synonym of crap in most people's mind...

oldschool was partly about pushing the boundaries, and as Keops points out it's not exactly doing that either. Strange things, these cracktros.

Question: where is the audience for prods like these? I have never seen a cracktro anywhere else than on pouet.

For the intro... I really don't like it. Its to much trim on oldskool which was thousand miles better in past as this intro... what is about creating fresh intros next time with a bit more modern stuff and not that ugly gfx or sinusscrollers??? the time of that is really over and it does'nt entertain someone anymore...

about cracktro, well it's basic. i kinda like logo

sorry for the comment above. I thought that it must be OSDM as Jizzy was only active in this scene so far and made dozens of intros with it and this one exactly looks like an intro done with it.

i like the old school style.. but i think this intro is not finished 100%,too!

let us wait for more upcoming intros by electric druggies with jizzy as gfx`ler.

Ugly, hideous, excrescent, unfeasible and... Besides that the colors are fucking up on my Radeon. Just reminds me of wrong 16 Bit color lookup. Someone should send "PC Underground by Data Becker" to the "Coder" of this deficient production.. The Pascal routines could help to improve the code quality a lot.

as cracktros go it isnt too bad. but from a demo/code/tech point of view, it's utter shit.
