My chewbacca defense for this ending up being shown in the compo: for reasons X, Y and Z we didn't have time to preview the entries without delaying the compo. Delays suck, so we thought "They're only 45 seconds, how bad could they possibly be?". Unfortunately, the answer was this "production" :)
