Sorry but you guys should know that when doing an ASM invitation, people expect a lot... and so did I.
Unfortunately, this invit is very disappointing compared to the previous years invits, design and effect are inconsistent and there is too much selfpromoting crap ("blablabla we did this and that in 1992...") instead of fresh new stuff that makes me go "wow, yet another kickass asm invit!"

This is... well, not my cup of tea. 3D looks unfinished, music smells presets, and the entire thing lacks concept. Not bad, but not good either.
keops: all the texts in the invit is written by the organizers not us
seems like a huge work but fails to entertain. i have to agree monroe.
for an invitation and information (!) i think its made quite good...
it's plain to see that massive work went into this. Rebels have proven their ability to shell out tight prods many times over. Many have noted that this is not the case with this one. Still, it's very enjoyable, full of value and extremely rewatchable.

oh yeah! this is a different invitation with the (rulez) oldskool factor on. i really enjoyed it, its much more awesome as some of that "newskool" demos. should ranked higher, far too low. thank you for it, rebels! keep it going!!
I dunno, all I can say is that I felt entertained, it has great ideas and IMO the music rocks (and was also a victim of the lousy BP musiccompo-preselection even though in my opinion it deserved to be in the compo). I like this invitation a lot, so it's a clear thumb up for me.

The idea is really nice IMO. The realisation could be better, but works well as an invitation.

This is getting annoying, Titan people now starts "protecting" OTHERS productions than theirselves? Wasnt it enough ruining your lame prods on pouet?
i think this was quite good, apart from the fact that it looked sort of like a 1998 3dfx-demo. :) the music was decent, but it needs to be mixed properly - it was all over the place.
Butt ugly, but I'll try to come nonetheless.
Hmmmmmm... Hmmmmm... Hmmmmzzzz... It's really hard to decide for that one. I can easily see something is missing in it but I cannot describe it like others do. So I'll give it a weak thumb up.

As an invitation, this works better than just about all invitations I've ever seen. The use of old Assembly posters is great, and the I dig the music as well. As a demo, it's a flyby but a flyby once in a while is a nice thing to see (there, I said it).
My only gripe about is the fact that you somehow made the Hartwall Areena look small enough to be stepped on :)

Very, very nice production. For me one of the only true enjoyable ones on democompo.
It worked as invitation and had nice idea, but it could have been made so much better.

Nice trip.
Makes me want to puke and because of that it doesn't work very well as an invitation. Primary message of an invi should be yelling "Hey! Come to our party, we are so cool!", but this one only says "I'm fucking lame and ugly, not to mention that I am HIV positive!"

kryps: so the low points of the invite are people not favoring it? I'd say it's because it's fucking horrendous, not because of people stating their opinions.

this so much breaths gamer aesthetics. but then, isn't assembly primarily a gamer party nowadays? so it kinda fits. anyway, i was really disappointed.

the worst invitation i've seen in a while. during the compo i was wondering if this was a joke
works as an invitation, but this hasn't got the new-school style which made some of the more recent asm invitations fun to watch. The quality of the scenes were pretty inconsistent, too.
To outsiders or newer members of the scene, I'd say this doesn't really entice, maybe the nostalgia factor worked for a few of the older sceners though.

the invitation is actually informative BUT the "we did this and that in good oldschool times etc..." really pisses me off
