Coolness! This noisy but correct looking lighting technique is going to kick ass once the GPUs get one or two notches more powerful. Is it called path-tracing, photon-mapping ...? I'm a bit embarrassed.. I can't remember the name of this method :O Help!!!
This is just path tracing with some more bounces, not even denoising (except a little frame mixing). If space in the binary allows for it, you can get way smoother results already. Also on youtube video compression gets rid of some noise.
