No. 80 cylinders. Two heads. Makes 160 tracks, damnit.

Platon is of course right. I totally forgot about that distinction. I may add that each track usually consists of 11 sectors and a disk thus has a total of 1760 blocks.
The TEK format is currently using 3 sectors per track of (net payload) 2048 bytes each. With 82 tracks this gives 1007616 bytes, and it still can be copied with XCopy in nibble mode (or with the demo itself).
We're probably going to spend a lot more research into this, as my goal is to never exceed one disk for a production.
Of course we will respect Nah-Kolor's wish and not put this production on a packdisk, which in our case is 80 cylinders AmigaDOS format :-)

That's what happens when you put restrictions on your production - you get some drama :)
