A bug? After finishing 2nd stage, I was about to start the third, but... all of a sudden I was aborted to the main screen with no "game over nor nothing".
Lost only 1 life, had 3 bullets and 1 speed.

Nice "Space Invaders" version for the Amiga. One question, has this game only about six or seven levels? Cause today i played it and when i finished level six oder seven (i don't remember exactly) i suddenly was in the game-menue again, so my game was over. Normal or some kind of bug?
Might be a bug? I had the same happen even earlier (getting thrown back to the start screen), maybe after 3 levels. A bummer because the game is very enjoyable.
Also there were some blue pixels stuck at the bottom occasionally which might have been a bug on a1200? Crashed on 060 but worked after disabling the accelerator.

It's really nice. I like the wave effect on the invaders, it gives a lot more life to the actual game.

Maybe, and i hope for this, there is a chance of a V1.1, which had the problems fixed?

Cool you spotted that :) As i blit always a whole line of invaders it took no extra time.

I've found the game-killing bug. So long as you don't lose a life, you can carry on forever (well, I've made it as far as Round 11 at any rate). But as soon as you do, you automatically lose another one at the start of every subsequent screen (and obviously when it's your last one then the game ends before the wave starts).
Also, a couple more bugs - the game only scores up to 4 digits and it's not that hard to score 10,000+, even though you actually get 0 points for UFOs rather than the 300 it claims :D

Great little game, wish the bugs to be fixed though :) But why use .zip ? It looses all file attributes when unzipped on the Amiga.. Use Lha/Lzx please ..
Btw Ross made a rough patch to fix the issues with the crashes : Ross Patch and Floppy image.

Nonsense. If you are writing a classic game, show how it could look on the Amiga, and don't make a primitive with a copper..
