On my machine, after installing libopenmpt that was missing, this starts but immediately segfaults (no window or anything). gdb says it's in ../paralleldacrt/main2.cpp:1960.

Oh, might be related to the crash: strace says that you're trying to open Basic-Pawn.obj for reading, but it wasn't in the zip file.
