This evolution idea was already exhausted by "Turtles all the way down", but it has a nice atmosphere, it is multiplatform, and there's various content to see, so up goes the thumb.
Visually quite pretty albeit with maybe some color issues. Straddling nicely on the line of representative and completely abstract. The music stole the show for me though; sufficient but not super complex synthesis, but the composition is excellent and precisely my taste. Worthy winner!

Already stated in the README, but I'd like to extend extra thanks for las and the Revision compo crew in general who not only allowed us to test our SSD on the compo machine (twice) to see if it would run, and then deleted the whole thing like absolute gentlemen when it didn't.
Of course, big thanks also to woflborg, who let me borrow his machine on Assembly like every year.

I like it =) the additional "Windows" category is a bit misleading, since the executable is 2MB (at least it runs properly ;)
Great use of fractals :D The music was great, I especially love the second part of the song. An extra minute or two would've been nice since now the ending felt a bit too hasty.

I like the use of fractals, but as a whole the intro seemed a bit disconnected and forced to me. The audio delivers though.
Some really nice and new instrument design. Great composition. Visually, it's quite cool and I particularly like the choice of colors. Congratulations on the win :)
Music was ok, but visuals? Highly underwhelming (those "basketball sprites" don't look good to me at all :P)

I'm not sure if this is/was some sort of a sequel/tribute to this http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=63688, but anyway: very well-deserved placement on the compo and I really loved the soundtrack!

I had not seen Primordial Fish Soup until you mentioned it now, but thanks for that. The working name was 'Bottom Feeders', but it was replaced when a coworker in Germany commented 'Ursuppe' on the first screenshots.

To Gadler, most compressor software should be able to handle xz by now, but if you are not aware of one, pick up 7-zip. It is by far the best and also free.
