Teletext came first, but one of the design requirements of the BBC Micro was the ability to support it natively (and there was an adapter you could use to receive Ceefax on it).

Yep, this was great. Not only is it technically really good from what I understand of the teletext limitations, there's a ton of content and it's all really nicely put together with excellent pacing.
