As written in my article about it, I love it!
The problem is that all the "effects" behind the single-plane vectors are simple colour cycling. I'd even bet they're just raw images in the executable. The music is rubbish in comparison to Travolta's tune for State of the Art, and the whole concept is just "look! we can do state of the art too! but.. err... not as well!" ... so hardly a classic in my eyes.
One of my favourite demos on Amiga! I like it much more then State of the Art, really. Yes, it's plain, but everything fits together perfectly.

cheap'n'lousy imitation of state of the art. tune is totally boring and doesn't fit, hardly any code (just like state of the art :D) and some of the graphics are very ugly. very weak piggie.
Horribly ugly but still cool in some strange way.

I don't care about the coding aesthetics xeron, all I care about the nostalgia trip that's experienced every time this brilliant demo's run on my 1200.

do people realise how much work was put into doing demo's! im the main programmer and its shocking the amount of people that said basically it was 'crap'! can you do better .. if not dont comment! it was inspired by SOTA but involves a LOT of work in your 68020! another comment? 'slower version of SOTA' .. it only goes at one speed you idiot! 68020! .. get a grip people .. i did try my best but people obviously your saying its crap .. let me see your demos!

The 68020 has almost nothing to do here as there's almost no code at all! As for the rest of your comment I better remain silent seeing how you call people who dared to comment on your demo "idiots" without even understanding what those people actually meant. Music doesn't fit. This requires a faster music (or make the dancers dance slower in some parts). Music also requires guitars (because there are vector people playing guitars). You did it well with the drummer animation so you must do the same with the guitars or the spectator will experience disapointment.
Some graphics (all the symbols) are quite cheap but OK. The raytraced Symbolia logo doesn't fit the theme very much.
Anyway, I like it and enjoyed it somehow. And I enjoyed it even more back in 1995. I still got this demo in floppy disk. But I don't replay it very often.
However, I like a lot of demos that general people consider as very crappy ones. Maybe it's a demoscener bias, who knows. ;]

sn4k3y: If you can't stand critics then don't release demos. People here put easyly thumb down to demos with triple the effort of this one many times. And, yes, generally they know the effort that making a demo requires. Peace.
sorry to people who dont like it. we done our best back then. was quite drunk last night .. so, sorry again! i love it, we did work hard on it so if you love/hate it then thats fine. sorry again
Not a masterpiece, though soundtrack is somewhat catchy and in ancient times it was making me to rerun this demo again and again.
And well, also video sequence is not bad also, if not breathtaking, at least quite pleasant to see.
And I still have the main soundtrack from here to occasionally test my NeoGS card to see that it still works :)
