This is short and a bit lean in the gfx design department, but the stuff under the bonnet is good and most transitions are not trivial.
On a more personal note, I long thought that engineering-style half-toning was underused for effects involving bars.

Good, but lacks design.
Sort of demo I actually won't run more than twice or three times in a life. Music is not my cup of tea. Some fx are ok, some are weird.
The cellular automata are a bit slow but cool.
I like the rubber cube quite a lot, all I can wish for is for this to be longer.
