I'm rather disappointed by the lack of the promised credit, but the demo was refreshing to watch. ;)
Couldn't find it. Oh well :) (MAybe the ROM @party released is outdated?)
don't shoot me please, someone who watrched the stream told me it was somewhere in there. so nevermind x)
That's some stylish shit.
Just felt a little need for some PCM drums on the music, just to sound even cooler in my opinion.

hehe, don't shoot me either cos I was the "someone" who said it. The credit is there now, all is good :)
What a nice demo by the way! Love it!

Don't worry about it. BTW had a really great vibe to it, Nice that the keen game got some love after all =)
(figured I missed the live stream of it by five minutes... XD)
nice MD prod
Could it be the nicest MD prod so far!
really nice prod with sexy twister!
I'd expect more from a 7mhz 68000 than this. struggles to display a plasma made of big pixels, a flat cube. gfx is nice tho.
neat
Nice! MegaDrive demoscene is hotting up :)
@Oswald not only cpu is responsible, graphics architecture also: MD != Amiga ;)

Best MegaDrive Demo so far! I really like the funky music and stylish screens.
Very cool Megadrive demo ;>
Great twister, nice Debris reference, stylish!
Nice platform and production!
^
Nice one ... and with a story. :)
ha
really nice
I got huge Nineties flashbacks from this, in a very good way.
Go Dave! What fizzer said. Cool stuff :)
Brought back some memories playing with a Genesis :)
(yes, it's a nostalgic thumb up)
(yes, it's a nostalgic thumb up)
I enjoyed it.
Nice! All of Sigflup's previous effects, and then some. There's no way I'm not thumbing up a MegaDrive demo.
Nice!
La megadrive du love <3.
Hey not bad! Better colors than on 99% megadrive games ;)
Good one!
i like it a lot!
Let's be honest: Technically, there's room for improvement.
But the soundtrack is neat and i like the style, so this is a motivational thumb up hoping to see more on the Mega Drive from you.

@alk, what graphic architecture is able to slow down a 7mhz 68000 so it underperforms a 0.984khz 6510?
Loved it!
Warm welcome to Planet Earth, hope to see more (environmental friendly) stuff from you guys.

Here's the long awaited breakthrough in medically themed demos for retro consoles since the release of 'Doctor' by Trilobit on the Atari VCS!
Nice mixing of story, soundtrack and effects, great work guys.

@Oswald: I've read somewhere that the Genesis is only allowed to access the videoram during the vblank or something like that. That sounds too restrictive to me, I always thought the Genesis is a beast when seeing the games (same thing happens with SNES I think) but the demos were always not showing.
If I recall correctly you can access the VDP even during display, only with limited speed since the display is stealing cycles. So it is faster to access during VBL, but still possible at other times as well.
On the Master system (Sega's 8-bit machine) it is a bit worse, there you have to manually keep track on how fast you access VDP during non-vbl time and do the correct delays, otherwise you get garbage gfx.
The Genesis/Megadrive at least I think handles this internally, so it just delays your VDP access.

Awesome! Great to see you releasing more stuff for the Megadrive. It's definitely underutilized. Cute story. I found the music slightly too cheesy but I realize groovemaster303 and Jredd were going for the oldskool vibe. :D
I too am noticing a cube-deficiency on my behalf lately.
great prescriptions XD love it!
Storytelling needs to do more than cutesy retro-appeal to work. This doesn't work for me at all.
motivational thumb
Enjoyed it. The story was kinda cute and funny actually.
Soso. I like the tune.
platform thumb up!
screenshot vote.
nice one
Take your medicines ;)
Thumb up for the platform choice and for the story that copes with the obligatory devices of old school demos (cube, duck, rubber... :))
The best Megadrive demo I've seen
Nice demo, a cure in itself!
Heh, nice references.
Fun :)
nice story telling demo with cute graphics... on MegaDrive... right on!
What Preacher, Paranoid and kwe said.
nice little demo
It's not perfect, but it's Megadrive, and I sure as hell couldn't have done any better ^^
like the story telling
nice one
