Ok. So, here are my bits:
This whole pack rocks for a firstie. There are plenty of stuff I'd advice you to stop doing the way you do them in ASCII and ANSI, but you'll learn by yourself anyways.
One big advice I have to give you is NOT to release a tutorial on how to do ascii in a first pack, because this tutorial as well as the logo shows lack of work, unexperience and arrogance. You sure don't want to look arrogant, even if the artscene is built on ego stuff. Nothing more, nothing less. But you only can build an ego on something that rocks, not the opposite way. You may think it sounds haughty, but I just give the result of my experience. I've been arrogant and shitty in the past, building these facets of my person from nothing but bad feeling. Don't follow this way, you'll fall down. And believe me, it hurts.
I took the right to modify some stuff here and there to show you how you should do them. I didn't draw them all though, but the two main things.
First one, the twirl thing, in the tutorial ascii.
What's funny is that you give advices on how to make twirls without respecting them at the end.
You can see examples here:
Taking your advices seriously should show something like that for the whole logo at the end:
Keep practicing and working as much as you can on your style. Do it great, do it well, do it perfect.
You're on the right way, young padawan, and that's pleasant to see :)

Apart the file format (.rar) stuff, what dipswitch said.

an artpack packaged in .rar without file_id.diz.... i don't know. the artscene lives on tradition and if you don't follow that, whats the point?

good art pack. but why forcing users to scroll while letting them resizing the window could allow them to see whole picture ?
i actually like the gui/viewer more than the nfo sceletons it displays, i just wish it was resizable.
music is ok.
music is ok.
Having to scroll up all the way again if you switch to the next ascii is horrible. That should have been one line of code...
And something is wrong with your key handling code - are you using GetAsycKeyState for that?!

It seems to be dropping keypresses. Sometimes I have to press multiple times until something happens + hold the key down longer.
It's also totally okay to fix stuff for THIS artpack and update the archive. ;)
Good artpack but i totally second las for this : "Having to scroll up all the way again if you switch to the next ascii is horrible"
ok one, the asciis itself should get more screen space, though
