Screen turns black here after about 45 seconds and stays that way. GeForce 8800 GTS 512.
the soundsystem was totally fucked up if you were right in front of the stage (only bass :)), but what I heard was awesome. And the gfx were also great.

Worldrecord of goa cliches but apart from that, this was the only demo in the compo that didnt make me instantly fall asleep.

I think this was the most coherent and well-made demo in the compo, and as such it really should have won.

The time was ripe for another goa demo. Too bad about the many empty/unfinished scenes and the comic Ganesha model, which was ok, but not as good as it could have been. How about a final version?

it's funny how in both demo and 64k compos 6th places went to the best prods of the party :). also, Puryx, the soundtrack... THE SOUNDTRACK... how can you be so full of awesome?

i may have been too drunk at the party to remember this. it starts off a bit slow and then progresses to something worthable (if that is a word). then i think its not quite super good visually, it needs more power (and im setting a high demand for this when watching a psy-demo). so its _not_ going to be a rulez from me this time, but there are some good 3d-scenes in there anyway so its almost too good to be ok.

On a cosmic scale, a year and a half barely any time at all ::) On a demoscene scale, with quite a bit of advancement in visual fidelity, the look of this demo is quickly degrading. It still isn't as good as it deserves to be, but with the effort I can currently spare, it will be horribly(-er) outdated by the time it is.
The demo should now run pretty much everywhere, though it still has an issue on a few exclusive machines, stalling the visuals after 30secs.

Mine seems to be an exclusive machine (XP SP3, Quadro FX 580). Also I have a resolution of 1280x1024 and the drawing area is not centered, but shifted to the bottom of the screen...
I like the music. Some parts are too long, but nice demo after all.

RareWtFailWhale - thanks for testing! You're right about not handling different screenformats. I've added a check for desktop resolution, which will hopefully help.
It seems the demo will crash and burn on some win-xp - unfortunately I don't have a setup to bugfix this on, so until I do (or the platform disappears naturally :p ), enjoy the video :)

The final version is much better than the party version, and therefore at humb! (also because it's a good demo)
