Lost Blubb
this is my all time favourite falcon demo. i remember sitting in the compohall at one of the best parties ever and seeing this incredible demo for the first time.
rulez big times ! inspires me ´till today..

this demo is pure energy!
I really like the music with vocals and those cool dancers anims... and everything is home-made! Okay the design may seems outdated today (mostly because of some RGB colors) but it's often compared with State of the Art which suffers from the same problem :)
technically, the demo is said to use its own multitasking OS to load the next effect while executing the current one...
thumbs up for such an entertaining demo!

I have seen this demo when I saw the first real running Atari Falcon!! So I love it... this is the most impressing Falcon work I did see because of that wonderfull design and fantastic music!! Fine animations and emotions are going hand in hand with excellent effects. I have to download the music somewhere, but I still had no success in doing this!! If anybody has this music, go and contact me!!
one of the most "feelgood" demos of all time, and one that can be appreciated as much by those outside the scene as ones in it. nice design, cool music and great dancing means this prod always puts a big smile on your face :)
this one is so magical! but download links dont work , please, fix fix =)
loads of fx, maybe they rush by too quickly even. the degree of originality is huge. a demo everyone can enjoy, be it non-sceners or even technical coders.
AVI version here
OH MY GOD!
i just saw the AVI, and I gotta say this is FUCKING EXTREME data injection to my system!!!
DATTA!

It's my favorite Falcon demo too, from the few ones I just saw in DivX. (Yes! I still didn't managed to make these emulators work ;P) One of the best video choreographic demos I have seen!
video download is of coz much to big, but the screenshot looks very nice.
one of the best atari falcon demos ever!
yep, pretty good, and quite different from the other prods we had seen until then.
Wanker demo for a wanking platform.

This demo rocks as much as stefan lacks skill

Although technically impressive, I actually got bored watching this demo...its too long (I was not sitting, but standing when this demo was firstly shown..:-) ), while not showing demo stuff I like. Its more about video prod than demo me thinks.
Gizmo told us about that one last year in IRC. He was full of respect and admiration. Back then his words were a bit too much for me, but now I understood it. ;)
That's amazing! Also very beautiful and solar music.
i think :)
this must have owned in 1995! the whole design feels very dated now ( not such a bad thing! ) but a lot of the individual elements and effects still look fresh.
it's stuff like this that makes me wanna keep hold of my falcon when i should be selling it.. grrrrrr!

Keep the Falcon Paul! You shouldn't be selling it anyway!
Lost Blubb rules, I ought to dig out my copy for another blast sometime.

I saw this first time couple of years ago in some party and I didnt know name of the prod or in which platform it did run, but now I found it from falcon demo mania. Yipeee! Truly a great demo.
yeah.. one of those "couldnt believe my eyes" demos.. thanks again, lazer :)
it´s okay and it was a nice idea, but I still can´t believe that this demo made the first place instead of "EKO Systems" - why???
Yup, I was also at the Fried Bits party where this demo was shown for the first time. Impressive stuff. The EKO demo was also very good! :)
great - to be original I'll say that I've watched it for a first time couple of minutes ago, and realize that it ruled in 1995.
join my cyber universe!!
Stunning demo and cool ideas, they must have been crazy to cut all those digizited scenes by hand... I still remember some Amiga-friend telling me, this surely can only be released on CD ;)
not good like the first ones by lazer. but it was some kind like their popular demo. so only a pig here. think the first demo in that style was at least spaceballs/9-fingers with a comletely different character. So I agree with RA.
The lyrics :
Aaaaah, eeeeh, aaaah aaaah aaaah eeeeh
(bis)
Join my cyber universe
(bis)
Simple and efficient.

Appart from not being very manly it's nice.
RA: the eko-demo crashed several times during the compo...it got at least 3 annoying reruns because of the last part if i remember correctly.
that plus the fact that the lazer demo really had a fresh new way on how a demo can be directed. i still think the openin and closing scenes are outstanding and have never been topped climaxwise in any other demo.

a comparison with 9fingers can really only be done on a technical/programming level, if at all... from the artistical- and directional point-of-view they have _nothing_ in common.
Rocking gear!
me likes it!
9 fingers was much simpler fx wise.. but also terribly slick, unlike blubb..
Some nice effects here but pretty boring. Also, the music is not my cup of tea. Endpart tune is nice though.
A remix of the endpart-tune can be found here
Sorry, this is not my taste.
Amazing for 1995!
I just love this one
Excellent!
hey, I never gave this my thumb.
i second shifter
Never been a fan of this demo probably because of the lack of style.
Excellent music, fast effects, original design.
Nice code and ideas, but the gfx and music is not good at all.
like havoc
Great stuff!
my fav falcon demo.. amazing music... RTOS... nahhh, perfect !
The idea to code a own multitasking demosystem was ... errr... crazy? what ever. Sorry no tumbs up from me for this one...
Samurai: wtf?
samurai? thumbing this down just for one odd idea.. a bit harsh, don't you think?
It does get a bit repetitive/boring due to its length but still, 1995? Damn!
just watched it again... i never commented this one ? doh... i really like the music...the refrain of is great... :) well the demo itself... ugly colors... but anyway 1995 ;)
Just seen it. Wow. Fucking amazing even today, not to mention in 1995. :)
Fucking amazing indeed.
I knew the music, but I never saw the demo until today. I like it :)
Lazer always had some "special" design concepts, it's really a matter of taste :)

same here. a real masterpiece :)
Saw this at Evoke on a real Falcon. Yay++
Knew the music but only just saw the demo. Pure excellence.
that style xD
I love it!!!
I love it!!!
Not my cup of tea at all, and I don't really like the music. Having said that, it's still a completely amazing demo, this must have rocked big time in 95! Huge thumb up.
trivia: they totally painted MARTINA black for getting better material to work with from her dance scenes.
Great stuff. One of the best Falcon demos
Wow! That's where that tune came from. Amazing demo too.
Really nice actually, the ending tune for the credits is v nice.
Roxx.
such a beautiful tune and this 90s feeling is keeping me warm in my heart !
Liked it so much, and still do.
The atari version of state of the art me thinked after seeing this on this atari meeting =)
Fascinating!
So much work and then call it "lost blubb"? I expected some kind of joke-mo.
What a fine cup of demo !
Very good demo! I like the soundtrack very much! A must see for a Falcon user!
Very nice demo, the music are great too :)
Great demo with a unique touch!
nice
Oh man, this must be one of the ugliest and most boring demo ever. Can't believe it won the compo!!
Yup this touched me at the right spot. The music is spot on, the presentation is kind of dated, but it captured actual dancing girls, cmon, on falcon!
Lost Thumb Up found. Creates warm fuzzy mid 90s demo feelings.
nice one
I made the trip to the party place in 1995. What a Blast on the big screen.
I remember EKO also managed to put up a great demo together.
The only thing that keeps me from considering it as a masterpiece are the used palettes.... too often primary colors that literrlly kill the eyes
