this is some great texture generator/editor!
although i'm not the artist to do good stuff with it, i can see the potential ;)

overlapping windows are evil!
After playing small solitaire with windows it seemed quite ok. Some suggestions:
- use list instead of combo box for stack view - it would really make it much more useful
- operator set seems to be quite ok, but doesn't seem to be best for realistic textures
- unless I've missed something all operations only modify given layer, some operations taking more than one layer as an input would be cool
