requires DirectX 8.1

a typical "coder demo" it lacks design, the music is a kreator (heavy metal) tune.
there are a few really good effects in this one, but for the most of them it is nothing out of the ordinary.

The endscroller-tune's choir reminded me of The Simpsons.

Nothing special in this, really slow particles, but shows some promise at least.

it doesn't work here.. says it fails to create a d3d8 device (source line 70, somewhere in the code..) which is weird because d3d8 works fine. (win98se/gf2mx/latest dets)

if the "failed to create d3d8 device" error, you have to install directx 8.1
sorry that it doesn't work with 8.0 or 8.0a. we'll fix that in the final.

Seems to have pretty speedy coding. But is that ripped music I hear??? There seems to be many scene musicians, so why does ripped keep getting used?

Solid effects nicely done. Now add some more design and we're happy ;)

This is the perfect example of why even ripping music takes some skill. It does not fit with the rest. The code seems fast but there's no design. Some textures also seem to have been done in a hurry.

Some really horrible 3d flyby scenes. But also some quite nice scenes.

hmm.. It ran very fluid. Except the Radial Blur parts. But nothing special and bad textures. Almost no Design. ;Q No thumb down, because of the Kreator Soundtrack.

This is a pity to watch. There are a bunch of nice code inside, but it is all ruined by the complete lack of design and attitude. Some scenes were directly ugly, and when using ripped music, there is really nothing left to appreciate about this demo. When you release your code like this, it is really a waste of work. Do some planning and get a designer, and your'e in business

The effects are very old and brings nothing new to the scene! The design is completely missing!! And the music is totally gay!!! What a boring production.... =(
